1. The method of doing Ardha Matsyendrasana is as follows.
2. First of all, spread a yoga mat in an open place and sit in Dandasana yoga posture.
3. Now bend the left leg and take it above the knee of the right leg and place it on the ground.
4. After that hold the toe of the left foot with the right hand.
5. Now while inhaling, bend your neck slightly to the left, as much as you can, do not use any force.
6. Meanwhile, keep your left hand on the ground.
7. Now you have come into Ardhamatsyendrasana (Vakrasana), wait for a while and then slowly come out of this posture.
